SEEWALL CHILD is a non-profit
organization filed with the State of
South Carolina.
SEEWALL CHILD believes in the power
of art to transform the human
spirit.
Pain in infants and children is a
complex, multifaceted experience,
which requires a multi-modal
approach to optimally treat pain.
The innovative audiovisual
presentation provided by SEEWALL
allows for a passive approach to
alleviate procedural pain in
children. Research demonstrates the
validity of distraction in reducing
procedural pain scores as well as
behavioral distress and is
correlated with increased patient
and family satisfaction. The
SEEWALL contributes to a child
friendly environment that
facilitates a decrease in anxiety
and fear related to the hospital
setting.

Our goal is to provide SEEWALL
displays, free of charge, to child oriented
organizations with limited funds such as:
crisis centers, orphanages, special need
centers, and child based relief
organizations. SEEWALL displays give these
organizations a creative tool to be utilized
as a positive distraction from a stressful
environment.
Colorfully art based multi-media interactive
displays using high definition aquafilms
show colorful fish swimming along to the
rhythms of classical music creating a
playful and tranquil environment for
children. The blue colors move into the
reds and then the greens and yellows appear
to calm the spirit and bring hope. Movement
creates a flow of vital energy and the
imagination is stretched even further by the
blending of art and film through
computerized technology. Art and technology
merge to create a very exciting color packed
musical movement, an adventure framed within
a superbly handcrafted sculptural design.
The imagination has no limits.
